1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from Sasora Travel and any required deposit or full payment.

2. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change due to fuel costs, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier charges before booking confirmation.
• Once your booking is confirmed, no additional charges will be applied unless requested by the customer.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing by email.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period and supplier policies.
• Any non-refundable hotel, transport, or attraction fees will be deducted from applicable refunds.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to modify your itinerary after confirmation, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. Additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

6. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates (if required), and any other documents needed to enter Sri Lanka or other destinations included in the itinerary.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Travelers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Respect local customs, traditions, and laws.
• Follow the instructions of tour guides and drivers.
• Behave responsibly throughout the tour.

8. Health & Safety

Customers must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations before the tour begins so that appropriate arrangements can be made whenever possible.

9. Force Majeure

Sasora Travel shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we work with trusted hotels, transport providers, and local partners, Sasora Travel acts as a tour operator and is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers, except where required by applicable law.

11. Website Use

• All website content is provided for general information.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, photographs, tour descriptions, graphics, and website content are the property of Sasora Travel unless otherwise stated and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

13. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
